Fishing
There is a closed season between the 15th March and the 15th June inclusive, when fishing is not allowed.
Fishing is only allowed in Scotsman’s Pit, which is bounded by Abbey Road, Walcups Lane and Station Road.
Contact our fishing wardens (see below) to obtain a day permit @ £5.00 per day.
The Post Office also issues day permits and season permits for village residents. If you are a non-resident seeking a season permit, please contact the Parish Council for approval.
Fishing on Sundays is for Great Massingham residents only.
